Founded in 1998 by Allen Carver, Allen Carver & Associates, Inc. is an
independent consulting firm headquartered in Cumming, Georgia, a suburb of
Atlanta with additional offices in Nashville Tennessee and Austin Texas.
Our Firm is the nation’s leading provider of credit union consulting services
completing more credit union charter changes and mergers than any other firm.
Our Firm is staffed with retired credit union regulatory experts who bring their
regulatory expertise to credit union engagements. Our staff tenure at credit
union regulatory agencies goes from 25 years to over 40 years. Our Firm has seasoned CEOs, CFOs and others to meet your temporary staffing needs.
